Carbon Express Maxima Red Reviews 2019

This is an honest and unbiased carbon express maxima red review.

Carbon express maxima red is a pretty awesome arrow, a lot of people may already know these because almost every shop carries these high-end arrows.

These are some of the best selling arrows available on the market right now.

The quality of the carbon is as good as it can get, we are talking very good quality. I can guarantee you will love these carbon express maxima red arrows. Even though everyone’s preference is different, it’s all about finding the arrow that suits you the best.

It’s all about finding arrows that feel good, look good, and perform well, there is no argument in that, the carbon express makes arrows that certainly do the job pretty easily. These arrows look really awesome.

I personally love black and red. I have loved that color combination for a long time; I even spray painted my first bow black and red when I was a little kid! I personally think it looks awesome on anything, especially on archery equipment.

As you know the goal of every archer is consistent accuracy, and that needs to translate from the range to the field, but one of the biggest proponents to accuracy is dynamic spine and that’s the flex of the arrow as it leaves your bow.

The Dynamic Spine

The carbon maxima red contains a better dynamic spine than any other arrow on the market, here is why I think that.

The red zone between the two silver bars on the arrow is made up of a more flexible carbon material than the ends, if you should try to bend either end you’ll realize that it won’t bend easily but if you try to bend the middle you’ll realize that it flexes a lot.

When the maxima red leaves your bow all the flex stays within the red zone, allowing your arrow to start spinning sooner thus improving your accuracy and making every shot more consistent. After trying out and having more success with the maxima red, I recommend you going out and giving them a shot.

These arrows cost a little bit more money than the other arrows, but I can guarantee that they are pretty accurate, so it’s worth every penny!

Carbon Express Maxima Highlights:

  • The bare shafts come with a launchpad precision nocks and bulldog nocks collar.
  • It has a hi-tech carbon material construction manages dynamic spine in a new way to make broadheads to fly better and shoot more consistent.
  • 12 pack of red and black finished shafts.

Red Zone:

The hi-tech carbon design has a stiffer end to contain the arrow flex to what is called the Red Zone. This is the section of the arrow shaft that manages the arrow flex in flight, otherwise called the dynamic spine.

By containing arrow flex to the red zone it provides a new level of hunting performance because broadheads exaggerate the effect of arrow flexing in flight and act the wings on the front of the arrow.

Redefining Broadhead Accuracy:

The broadhead moves the center of mass forward on an arrow, which increases the flex of the arrow when launched from the bow. The stiffer front end of the arrow shaft repositions arrow flex to the red zone and reduces oscillation on the front end to make broadheads shoot more consistently.

Best Tunning Arrow:

The Mathews edition maxima red manages dynamic spine so well it only takes two spine sizes to cover 40-92 lb bow. That is completely absurd. finding the right arrow length and strength can be really difficult, but carbon express makes it simple.

Straightness:

All Maxima Red arrow is laser checked for straightness to a remarkable 1/10,000 of an inch. The Maxima Red straightness of  +/- 0.0025″ is a maximum measurement.

Dynamic Spine Control:

Features patented high-tech carbon material construction that manages dynamic spine in a new way to make broadhead fly better. The Maxima uses different carbon materials to control arrow flex to the red zone.

Nock Collar:

The Carbon Express proprietary bulldog nock collar comes standard on all Maxima Red arrows and shafts to protect the shaft against nock end impact.

If you have ever seen an arrow that has blown up on someone, you might understand some of the value that this little collar has. Carbon fiber is really great and feels like it was made to go into arrow shafts. The only problem is that it is a little dangerous if it shatters.

My Recommendation:

If your desire is to shoot the best arrow then look no further, because the carbon express maxima red is by far the best arrow I ever shot in 8 years. When it comes down to arrow you will always want to shoot the best. That’s why I recommend giving this carbon arrow a try because it is the best on the market at the moment and will be for years to come.

At first, I was shooting some cheap arrows, then after a while, I came upon these after seeing them for a good deal, the difference was very outstanding, they are very smooth, powerful shafts! stiff as a rock. These are very consistent, believe me, I have tried many arrows and these are the best so far for my setup.

I came to realize that carbon express always has some great arrows for a very reasonable price, I really think these arrows should be worth a lot more. I recommend getting these high-quality arrows while you can because I don’t know when the prices will change on Amazon.

My father has used these arrows for years, and swears by them. He gets this special tone when he talks about gear that he has a lot of faith in. These arrows fall into that category. Definitely a great product that he will be using for years to come.

Related Questions:

Should I buy carbon fiber or aluminum? Carbon fiber arrows are the most popular arrow because of their durability and how light they are. Aluminum arrows are not as durable, but they are generally slightly cheaper. Carbon arrows are the better choice for most archers.

Will carbon fiber arrows shatter in the prey animal? If the proper broadhead and shaft are used, a carbon fiber arrow will rarely if ever shatter inside of an animal. Carbon fiber arrows are extremely rigid and generally will go through the entire animal without any problems.
