How to Keep your UTV in Tip-Top Condition:

If you have a new side-by-side UTV, you likely want to keep if for a long time. Once you get riding, you may become a bit addicted.

The way to make sure you UTV stays in good condition is to take good care of it. I will offer you some tips to ensure your UTV’s life is extended.

Check your oil before every ride. To some, this may seem excessive. However, if you want to make sure your UTV is in prime condition, the oil should always be at the proper level. If you don’t check your oil, you could put extra strain on your motor.
Check tire tread and pressure. If your tires are not in proper condition, it could make it difficult for the UTV to climb through steep terrain. This is dangerous for you and your UTV.
Use the best fuel. Your UTV works the best with high-octane, high-quality fuel. It is more expensive than other fuel. However, it will keep your engine in good condition.
Change the spark plugs. If your spark plugs are worn out, it can reduce the amount of power going to your UTV. Generally, it is recommended to change your spark plugs after 100 hours of use.
Check the Electrical Wiring. You want to look out for any cracks, wear and tear, or exposed wires. If any of these are present, you should take your UTV to a UTV services department.
